You were made for such a time as this

The book of Esther is such a powerful book from beginning to end. The main focus of this post is based on Esther chapter four when Mordecai had to give Esther a little pep talk saying, if she doesn't save the Jews, then someone else will. Esther struggled to realise the power that she had and how special she was to the king, enough so, he wanted to give her half of the whole kingdom (Esther 5:3). Did Queen Vashti get that offer? Women don't know the power they carry in their tongue, including the way they carry themselves, like Eve and Delilah for example and the fact that a woman has the ability to win over their husband, in terms of salvation, not by words but by their conduct/action (1 Peter 3:1). Power is futile without knowledge of how to use it. There are seasons we go through where we question why we are in this job or why we are in this friendship group or why we are even born in such a generation.

Esther 4:14 - “For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?””

God doesn't make mistakes. You have purpose and your life is important. And there is a purpose in everything created. This one is mainly for my women; Even if your words are small or quiet your thoughts are loud. God can answer your request before you ask, the same way the king granted Esther's request before she said it. But she still had to speak her request to him in Esther 8:4-6 and received all the enemy didn't intend for her to get. Your enemy is working for possessions that you will be the one to gain later on (Ecclesiastes 2:26) LOOOL, no comment. So, above everything else gain understanding and knowledge. That is why angel Gabriel told Daniel that his words and request were heard from the very beginning that he set his heart to understand (Daniel 10:12). Knowledge is free, wisdom is free, ask and it will be given to you from God (James 1:5).

Esther wasn't bound by the law. She chose grace over the law. She entered the inner court of the king without booking an appointment believing that he will raise the golden spectre for her. In Esther 5:1 she had just finished her three day fast and said "I will go to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish I perish" (Esther 4:16) so you can say she was in the spirit as she had boldness after putting her flesh under. What she did was no longer a sin because she had taken herself away from the law. She found favour in his sight and entered the inner court of the king. We have also been given the same opportunity to be apart of God's inner court. Let's go by God's definition of what is good and not use a human/moral understanding of 'good'.

Declaration:

I have a gift that will make a way for me and bring me before great people. I don't need to try. I have been made for such a time as this. A time to save my generation and to fulfil my God given purpose on this Earth. I am more than a conqueror in Christ, so I can do anything!

Proverbs 4:7

"Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding"
